Funded by the NOAA Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions (EPP/ MSI), four NOAA Cooperative Science Centers, led by Minority Serving Institutions, together with twenty-four (24) university partners across the country educate and graduate students in NOAA-mission sciences to create a diverse candidate pool for the future NOAA mission enterprise workforce.
