Career Goal: When I graduate I plan to continue onto a Masters Program in Mechanical Engineering at the City College of New York, as well as to continue to work with NOAA if I am able, so that I can advance further into the fields of remote sensing and data validation, while continuing to develop myself into a well-rounded professional.

Research Title: GOES-16 Urban Land Surface Temperature, Pressure, and Air Quality Calibration Using a Handheld Infrared and PM2.5 Sensor Framework

Research Synopsis: The research presented here intends to broaden the LST calibration network available to satellites by providing a ground-based, portable sensor framework that is implementable across cities and urban areas.
