Research Title: CO2 levels above reef flats in American Samoa

Research Synopsis: The project consists of taking several water chemistry measurements and benthic surveys of nine reef flats from around the island of American Samoa. With help of his NOAA mentor, Mareike Sudek, nine flats of various stages of recovery and decline will be selected to discern if there are differences in water chemistry levels between them.
