Research Title: Reducing Wind Power Prediction Uncertainty with Atmospheric Characterization and Machine Learning

Research Synopsis: I am using Machine Learning Decision Trees to determine how encorporating additional atmospheric variables into wind power predictions can reduce wind power prediction understanding.
