Research Title: Data Distribution and Processing for Multi-Agency Unified Ceilometer Network

Research Synopsis: I am developing a data system (server) to host a website/database of ceilometer/lidars across the US. The ceilometer data can be added to additional elements that contribute to NOAA's forecast and remote sensing capabilities, as well as for weather forecasters and air quality managers by creating an integrated product that brings together satellite and lidar remote sensing with surface air quality and meteorological measurements.
