She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from UC Berkeley; her Master’s in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from University of Califonia Santa Cruz; and her Pd.D in Education, Teaching and Learning from UCSD.
She comes from Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she served as Director of Analysis and Strategic Planning.
She was also the Dean of the Mathematics and the Natural and Health Sciences (MNHS) at Palomar College.
